The John Addison Trophy is an open competition and is awarded to the best photographic landscape or seascape.

This year also saw the introduction of a new trophy; the Lou Marafioti Trophy, in honour of Lou who is one of three current life members at the club.  The Lou Marafioti Trophy is an open competition and is awarded to the best panoramic landscape or seascape.

There were 307 entries in the Club's Annual Exhibition this year from 16 entrants. Well done to all those who entered and thank you to everyone who contributed their time in organising the Annual Exhibition.
Scores out of 10 were awarded for each image from 3 judges; Andy Smylie, Chris Cater and John Seidel; giving a combined score out of 30 for each image. Merit certificates were awarded for scores of 27 or above and highly commended certificates for scores of 24 or above.

Aggregate awards are also presented at the Annual Exhibition, which are based on the accumulated scores throughout the year's monthly competitions in each of the 3 categories. A maximum of 270 points was attainable if one were to enter every competition (of which there were 9), in both open and set subjects, for that category throughout the year. This year the recipients of the Aggregate Awards were as follows:

     -   A Grade Colour Prints :   John Hodgson with a score of 234
     -   A Grade Mono Prints :   Scott Carr with a score of 234
     -   A Grade Digital :   Barb Leopold with a score of 215
     -   B Grade Colour Prints :   Chris Woods & Amelia McLeod with a score of 102
     -   B Grade Mono Prints :   Ross Lamb with a score of 126
     -   B Grade Digital :   Julie Deer with a score of 169
